Fabulous probiotic for the gut

I have had IBS for several years (I know the cause, but that is no help). I have tried everything my MD suggested, and scoured the refereed medical literature and tried everything I could find. They all "helped," some. Whatever is in me seems to take a few days, then overwhelm whatever I tried (my perspective, no idea what is going on in the gut). "Stool test" (Ugh) showed nothing, but they refrigerated it (Duhh) when whatever is in me likes 98.6. I tried this on a lark, nothing ventured, nothing gained, and to my utter surprise it worked, and keeps working, and I am off of Imodium which is amazing. I can't speak to what is in this on the basis of clinical trials, but somebody did their homework, and this is a genuine functioning probiotic for the gut. Very strongly recommended. Couple this with what is in the medical literature and it is even better ("timed fasting" seems best).

The only probiotic I’ve ever used with significant results immediately

I just got off the master cleanse with 20 days of not eating, several coffee enemas and ion foot detoxes. When it was time to start eating again my body was having a hard time even digesting vegetable soup broth. I started taking the probiotics and within a day I was eating a fairly normal vegan diet and not only digesting but having at least 3-4 perfect bowel movements per day. I commend the absolute magic of these and will recommend to everyone I know that’s looking
for an outstanding probiotic.
